Under conditions of depot repair, after restoration by wear-resistant welding, inclined planes are machined to drawing dimensions with two cutters with a diameter of 115 mm, equipped with quick-change hard-alloy plates. Spindle heads with the working tool move independently from each other.
The beam is centered and fixed on a hydraulic locating device, which ensures its inclination by ±45° relative to the central longitudinal axis.
The machine is easy to operate and does not require high qualification of the operator, since the entire milling cycle takes place in a semi-automatic mode.
