Machinery Canyonn Bridge Sawing Machine MCAmpir (MCAmpir)

Bridge sawing machine “MCAmpir” is designed for natural and manufactured stone workpieces processing with dimensions of 3000*2000*200 mm.

Cutting, edging and milling is performed by diamond disk with a diameter of 600 (800) mm, both in manual mode and in automatic mode using a preset program which is performed by a PLC. Infinitely variable speed control of a carriage guarantees high productivity and quality of the processing.

Modern and reliable guides, inserted in oil tanks, protection and interlock systems, preventing mechanisms of the machine and diamond disk against breakage, laser ruler for convenient positioning and controlling the straightness of the cut, dustproof-and-moisture proof electric box with a touch pad make the machine convenient and safe in service and maintenance.

The machine is supplied with a hydraulic table which rotates 360° around itself and lifting mechanism by an angle of 85° for convenient processing and feeding of the workpieces.
