HK80 easy-operated horizontal CNC lathe is an economical lathe. It is suitable for cutting short shaft type and plate/ring type workpieces. Operations performed on the lathe are ID/OD turning, any taper turning, arc surface turning, facing and metric/inch threading.
A cartridge type main spindle rotates without vibration, and outputs 4-step speed hydraulically with infinite variable speed within each step. The high-grade cast iron bed is designed to damp vibration and assures high accuracy. Centralized machine operator’s panel 4-station power turret is equipped; 6-station turret is optional. It is recommended to use shockproof boring bar when ratio of boring bar’s length to diameter is larger than 3.
