CK7520A series CNC lathes its strength, dynamic and static rigidity, mechanical structure of main parts, guard and coolant system are all advanced in design. This series lathe, designed with high vibration strength, adopts high grade cast iron, integrated bed and base, slant guide ways, a high precision through-hole spindle driven by large-field AC main motor. Key parts like bearings of main spindle and that of feeding screw are all famous foreign products. The multi-station turret rotates fast and continuously with a high repeatability and changes tool in nearest path. The lathe can be equipped with FANUC 0i-TD, FANUC 0i Mate-TD, Siemens 810D, 802D, DASEN 3i etc on request, or other top brand controls from both China and foreign countries. The hydraulic parts, lubrication units and chucks are all good-quality from both domestic and foreign markets.

Integrated base and bed made of high grade cast iron is of high rigidity with wide rectangular hardened ways.
High grade cast iron saddle and slide, plastic-coated ways, small dynamic and static friction force. Rapid traverse rate of X and Z axis is up to 12m/min and 16m/min. Wide span saddle and slide ensure large-loaded and heavy cut.
The spindle runs in precision large diameter angular contact ball bearings and double -row cylindrical roller bearings, driven by heavy servo motor, and ensures extremely stiffness and large torque at low speed.
Ball screws are used in X and Z axes, which are supported by Japan NSK angular contact bearings especially for screws. Therefore stiffness and heat distortion resistance of screws, and feeding accuracy are greatly improved.
DM 12-station horizontal power turret from Italy ensures high accuracy, high rigidity and short tool change time.
Well sealed machine electric cabinet together with air conditioner inside the cabinet guarantee correct operation of the control in high temperature and humidity ambient.
Close attention is focused on edge technology. So machine guard is reliable. No chip, coolants is splashed or flies out when during heavy cut or pressure spraying of coolant.
The chuck is clamped and unclamped hydraulically. The quill of tailstock is advance out and in. Both of them can be program controlled.
