Modular internal vibrator IRFUflex: Maximum flexibility with the modular internal vibrator system

The modular, high-frequency IRFUflex internal vibrator series offers the option of combining head components in different sizes with a converter component. As a result, you’re always prepared for the widest variety of tasks on the construction site and can quickly and easily retrofit if there is wear. The sturdy coupling point can be operated with a few easy steps. The IRFUflex is a version of the IRFU series and is a high-performance internal vibrator designed for professional long-term application to satisfy high expectations for concrete consolidation results.

Bodyguard

• The Bodyguard offers safer operation even at voltages above the protective low voltage range. Therefore, the IRFU can also be operated using power sources that are not secured against fault current. This reduces the risk potential on the construction site.
• The Bodyguard continually monitors the flow of current. In the event of a fault current, the power supply is interrupted within 3 milliseconds. This provides protection to the operator and the machine.

Switch box with integrated frequency converter

• The integrated frequency converter means no additional machine is necessary. The compact unit is easy for the operator to transport around the construction site.

High-performance electric motor with stable speeds

• With the consistently high rpm, this high-frequency internal vibrator delivers reliable concrete consolidation performance and efficient, high-quality results.
• The motors were developed by Wacker Neuson and are wound and produced by in-house manufacturing in Germany. This ensures consistently high engine output and quality.

The IRSE vibrator and FU converter can be easily connected by hand

• Changing the vibrator part can be done very quickly and easily, as for example no vise or spanners are required.

Modular system

• The modular structure allows the machine to be configured appropriately for every application.
• Only one drive unit is required in order to use internal vibrators in different sizes. This allows saving costs on acquisition and maintenance.
